6:30 am MHP Take-OFF 2 capsules
7:00 am brown rice 50 g
9:00 am 3 egg whites
10:00 am multi-vitamins
11:30 am half of chicken breast
2:00 pm brown rice 50 g, half of chicken breast
4:00 pm nuts 50 g, 2 green apples
6:00 pm 4 egg whites
8:00 pm 150-200 g fish, 1/2 huge bowl of salad (cole, red bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, cutted lemon)  ON BCAA 4 caps
8:30 pm MHP Take-OFF 2 caps 
10:00 pm ON BCAA 4 caps 
10:30 pm 1 grapefruit

Workouts (8:30 - 10:00 pm):
1. Bench press, incline 30 3/15 (3 kg)
2. Bench press, decline 2/15 1/12 (3 kg)
3. Flyes (incline 30, seated) 1/20 1/15 1/12 (3 kg)
4. Pec Deck Flyes 1/20 1/15 (15 kg)
5. Front raises (dumbbells) 1/15 1/15 1/12 (3 kg)
6. Upright Rows (Barbell) 1/15 1/12 (15 kg)
7. Abs

I feel like shitty whale, but I won’t fail again today. I just cut a bit my portions today. It was just nervous over-eating. Well, and attempt not to think about my crush :D

Things I love in my body…

Eyes
Probably, I love them most of all in my whole appearance. They’re somthing between asian and caucasian, rather unusual. When I was a kid, my friends always joked about my eyes, ‘cause they’re not usual slavic. But now it’s the first thing on which people pay attention. And with make-up I’m trying to underline it even more. 

Hair
Long, abundant, slightly curly/waved brown/ginger hair. It’s very difficult to take care, but I love them. 

Breast
Well… They’re small, but rather well-shaped, look amazing in almost every bra.

Wrists and anckles
They’re thin and look fragile. All the time. Even when I weigh much more than usually.  

Legs
Probably they’re not as muscular as they could be, but they’re absolutely straight and long. That’s why I wear skinny jeans all the time 

Wow, I discovered that I’m not as ugly as I used to think about myself ^_^

Hi, I'm Liere again. And this is my personal blog. It means, that all the photos and posts belong to me only, till otherwise is specified.

For those who don't know, I'm 23, Russian-Armenian, so I'm sorry for my English in advance. I adore music, books, fitness and lifting weights, drawing, cooking, self-analysis, my guitar (Epiphone Gothic Les Paul Satin Black), writing songs, plannings, books (oh, have I already mentioned books? ;-) ), fashion shows, beautiful people, animals ♥ Sometimes this blog is too weight-loss xD Sometimes it's too philosophical, or even depressive.
